All our mattresses come with a 15-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If you ever experience a covered issue, we’ll repair or replace your mattress—guaranteed.

To keep your mattress in top shape, we recommend using a mattress protector, rotating it every 3–6 months, and spot cleaning with mild detergent if needed. Our mattresses are designed to be low-maintenance and long-lasting.

Our mattresses are compatible with most flat, firm surfaces including slatted bases, platform beds, and adjustable bases. Just make sure your foundation offers stable, even support to preserve comfort and warranty coverage.

Unboxing your nest&nook mattress

1. Move

Bring the nest&nook box to your bedroom. (This is a two-person job.)

2. Unbox

Remove the rolled up mattress from the box. (Unbox within two weeks of delivery.)

3. Unroll

Place the mattress onto the bed frame and carefully open the plastic wrap.
